One-Way Ski Shuttle Between the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) or Kelowna area and Big White Ski Resort.

Why Wine Boss Tours?

I am a skier myself.

I have been travelling to Big White since I was 3 and I have been a volunteer ski patrol at Big White for the past 15 years. I know winter driving and my van is prepared for the winter conditions with proper snow
tires.

I provide a ski and board free vehicle interior.

I am the only shuttle service with a storage box for your gear on the roof of my van.

Most car rental companies do not provide you with winter tires so leave the winter driving to me.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

One way private shuttle – $350 plus taxes for up to 11 passengers.

Pick up from at Kelowna International Airport.
Either 1 hour complimentary Grocery and Liquor store shop or Pre-Order of your supplies.
Transportation right to your accommodation.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Additional stops for Ski Gear / Winter Clothes / Etc., unless previously arranged.
Multiple Pick-Up locations unless previously arranged.

RESERVATIONS

To ensure your Wine Boss Tour reservation is secured a 25% deposit is required for ALL tours at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required we accept Visa or Master card. All prices EXCLUDE applicable taxes and gratuity. Balance remaining, will be collected at the conclusion of your tour directly from your tour guide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations or changes made 7 days or more, prior to the booking date.

Tasting appointments and scheduling details are made well in advance of your wine tour. Cancellations or reduction in the number of guests made less than 7 days prior to the booking date, or in the case of no shows, will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

CONDITIONS

Wine Boss Tours reserves the right to change tour vehicles, tour guides, departure times, and or winery and restaurant itineraries. Your reservation assumes release of the operator from liability or any assumption of claims, risks and indemnity.
